We love food! And we want to encourage you to be inspired to cook and bake in your kitchens with the best ingredients.

Connect to Farmers:

Only 2% of Canadians are farmers.  At Hello Canola we share stories about our farmers, their farms and what they do to grow food for our tables.

We want to build farm connections and grow conversations about #farmtofood. Canola Growers across Canada plant on average 20 million acres of canola each spring.

Our farmers represent farm families many who come from multi-generational farmers. Many of our farmers are university educated and continually educating themselves on the best farm practices.

Choose Canola Oil:

It’s Canada’s oil.  Canola oil is grown across the country by Canadian farmers.  Canola oil is low in saturated fat, high in monounsaturated fat and high in Omega 3s.  It is truly a Canadian crop.
